University of Patras, as the scientific coordinator of the project, implements an innovative eGovernance model that hosts common public services and oversees dissemination, commercialization, and exploitation efforts to communicate the project's benefits and create lasting impact.

PDMFC designs and develops the Wallet-as-a-Service application with Trusted Execution Environments, including secure routing, communication channels, and fraud prevention, as well as a Private Key Sharding mechanism for enhanced security and real-time transaction.

TAGES RDI is a dynamic force in project management, consulting, R&D, and innovation. Their role involves identifying functional, structural, and technical components, defining use case scenarios, system specifications, architectural design, and the overall solution evaluation.

Edinburgh, United Kingdom

Edinburgh Napier University leads the Distributed Environment and operational framework, encompassing resource requirements, integrating the IPFS and developing the distributed ledger. They also design the dapps ecosystem, ensuring secure data exchange among diverse parties.

Suite5 implements the Enhanced Service Suite, configuring neural networks, deploying the SchemaTransformer, building secure gateway channels, establishing a transaction analytics module, and designing a browser engine module for content-based searching.

Fraunhofer FOKUS provides vital consultancy during use case definition, user requirement gathering, and technical specification processes. Their leadership includes blueprint development for individuals and the GLASS architecture, along with specifying IPFS and distributed ledger integration.

The Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance provides digital services to greek citizens and businesses by integrating IT & Telecommunications structures. Within GLASS, they define use cases, identify gaps and specify user requirements, contributing to all three demonstrators of the project.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality act as demonstrator partners, showcasing the project's solutions and technologies in action. They define user requirements and shape the usecases to ensure the best possible demonstration of the project's outcomes.

Lisbon, Portugal

The Portugal Ministry of Justice contribute during the Requirements Phase, focusing on matters such as personal data protection from legal and ethical perspectives, defining the Pilot Scenarios, overseeing the pilots' implementation and evaluating the results.
